30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Item must be unused and in its original condition
Item must be in its original packaging
All accessories and included items must be returned
Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@lawnnmovers.store with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item unless requested.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or show signs of wear
Items missing original packaging or accessories
Items returned after the 30-day window
